Conventions

Vantage Imaging could be a fun part of your next convention. We could take photos of individual delegates or chapter groups.  We could also provide photograph award plaques for the achievement banquet or couple shots at the formal dinner.  How about a theme party using green screen technology to put you on the beach or the moon or behind the bars of an old west jail cell?

Product/Trade Shows

We have participated in many different types of shows.  When it is difficult to get attendees to stop and chat about your product ~ call us!  When we take their digital photo and apply a border that has your logo on it they display it instead of filing a brochure deep in a drawer!  There have been rumors at recent shows that some of the other booths were jealous of the crowd that we drew.  Would that be a problem that you would like to have?

Corporate Parties

Corporate parties range from formal to wild casino nights.  We could be on hand to take photos of the "head cheese" with the local office groups.

Holiday Galas

Capture the memories of the years Holiday Gala with couples dressed to the "nines".

Employee Picnics

The annual employee picnic will be a more casual photo perhaps with the whole family.  Do you play department verses department or softball or water ballons?  The winning division could be awarded a photo plaque trophy.

Public Relations

When it comes to Public Relations and Marketing, you need a product that the public will Keep and (even better!) display.  Couple your clients with a cute mascot and you have got a ready made target ad.

Executive Personnel Photos

When it is time to update your Executive "Wall of Fame" let the studio come to your office.  It saves valuable time and trouble for those busy Executives.  These images can also be added to web pages for that face to face recognition factor.

Celebrity Photos

Celebrity photos can be handled several ways. They are good charity event fundraisers and trade show booth attention getters. Often a celebrity will be at an event but busy with interviews or other duties.  This is the perfect time to use our "green screen" system technology (think weatherman and studio maps).

Dignitaries

The same technique as Celebrity Photos could be used with Dignitaries.  If they are present at an event, gave a speech but cannot spend the time to go to a studio and pose for photos we use "green screen" system technology to bring the studio to them!

Corporate Sports Team(s)

Perhaps your company sponsers a sports team or teams and has annual tournaments.  Photograph trophy awards serve as a wonderful keepsake.

School Events

School Events roll around once in a lifetime and what better way to hang on to that memory than with a photo!  That priceless memory could include a color keyed border illustrating the event with classy text to name the function and date it.  As years march on and the mind forgets the details of our youth - just pull out those special photos enhanced by Vantage Imaging.

Pre-School

We set up our electronic studio in an empty classroom and work with the children one at a time. The parents can either pre-order a package (with or without age appropriate borders) or wait to see them on the monitor when they pick up the child. Vantage takes the best pose of each child for the class composite photo. This ensures everyone looks their finest. We will add the borders and aides to the composite. Each class group gets a free 5x7 for the school scrapbook.

Proms/Formals/Homecoming

This is another area where we shine.  We joke that the couples get the photos before they break-up!  (usually receive the photo during the dance).  We will work with your committee to decide if they want to provide a set to go with the theme or if they would rather use a coordinated border.  We can provide text on the photo that indentifies the school-formal-date.

Sport Events

Individual or Team Athletes

Team Photos are a great way to preserve your groups spirit. Add an individual shot to showcase the athlete and you have the perfect set.  They could be paired in a sporty memory note type border graphic or perhaps a gold 11 x 14 frame with a medallion on a school color mat.  We have many options available in this area.

Club Functions

Some Clubs have used the photo frame display as a fund raiser for their clubs.

Tournaments

Your tournaments can be shot efficently and the team photo could even be part of the winning plaque trophy.  Many groups have shared the fact that the dusty old shelf trophies don't show the actual faces of the hard working athletes.

Award Banquets

The annual Award Banquet will be quite a hit when those photo plaques are presented.  If there are corporate sponsors at the banquet you could use their logo in the special digitally applied photo border.

Events to Consider

New Years Day, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas

All holiday events have colorful electronic borders available and make fun gifts.  Some corporations make a photo for the holiday celebration part of their present to the employee.  Retail Stores could utilize our services to promote related items, such as cards or gift frames.  Churches, people or pet organizations often have picture perfect special events. Remember: dates near the annual holidays do fill up fast so don't delay in scheduling your event in advance.

Personal Events

Family Reunions

On those rare occasions when the whole family arranges to be together, plan to preserve that time with a photo.  Vantage can shoot and evaluate your photo in about ten seconds.  You would hate to get home, develop your snapshots and discover the sun flared over Great Grandmother's face or a candle juts out of Uncle Bob's head.  Then there is that pesky job of mailing them around to all of the different families to get their reprint orders.  We can shoot, view and print so everyone goes home with just what they want now!

Anniversaries and Birthday Parties

Adults and children love to "mug" for our camera at a party. We can carry out your theme using a border or even green screen fantasy backgrounds.  Consider a milestone year or even a photo session as the "entertainment"

Animal Events

Fairs, Pet Shows and 4-H Events

Everytime we are asked to photograph a Fair, 4-H event or pet related shows, parents remark that they are glad we are there to capture the time that their child and animal are both clean at the same moment! We have been exhibitors of many breeds of animals ourselves so we are very comfortable around most types (except swine!)

Placement Awards

Photo plaques are a very popular way to give placement awards with animals.  Animal owners often have a photo done on our professional set for marketing purposes.  Our shots have appeared in National and State-wide publications.  Some breeds require Show Ring photo documentation to back-up the point system award if a dispute should arise.
